I am scared shit now, fuck. I just saw this documentary called Forks Over Knives and it’s just scary. Any animal based protein will increase your chances of cancer and heart disease like over 100x. Fuckin documentary was stacked with statistics and expert doctors who conducted field studies. How the fuck can you refute field studies? Basically if you don’t want heart disease and minimize you risk for cancer. Just switch your diet to fruits and vegetables cut out all processed foods and animal based products including dairy and eggs. I grew up with meat and I fucking love Korean BBQ, I pride myself in making Kalbi, This will be hard and I am a pussy when it comes to food. UGGGHHHH that is me dreading myself and missing out on the burgers. I just bought a caseload of spam as well…wish me luck.
